Moonride was founded in the Zolcentra solar system, thousands of human-Earth-years ago.
Our origin traces back to single incident: a small commuter ship from the planet Flora-Nova got lost and crash-landed among the desert hills of Gekko 6.
It’s pilot, Rideeya, could not survive for long in Gekko 6’s atmosphere, but they were lucky to land near the cave of an inventive young Gekkoid mechanic named Zymo, and their trusted sidekick, Oonii.
When Zymo found Rideeya, they immediately went to work building a structure to hold atmospheric conditions for Rideeya survive in.
Zymo, Rideeya, and Oonii grew a strong bond and mutual mission to connect the beings of Zolcentra.
Getting Rideeya home took longer than expected, but with their time together, the three inventors founded Moonride, an organization to promote connection and creative exploration. The group was responsible for creating interplanetary translation devices, atmosphere regulating helmets, and eventually a robust transit system connecting all five planets of Zolcentra.
Prior to this, the citizens of Zolcentra’s different planets knew of each other’s existence, but could only communicate through the occasional note passed between the Astrid beings who live on their respective moons.
With the growth of Moonride’s transit centers and trading posts, intelligent beings from each planet began to be able to communicate, collaborate and exchange goods in ways never possible before. This lead to the solving of system-wide hunger and medical interventions for nearly any ailment.
With those in Zolcentra thriving, they set out to discover new systems with life out in the universe. Beginning the first intergalactic bureau of adventurers and the certified peaceful foundation. Ensuring the future of safe space exploration and underprivileged being rehabilitation.
